Meet Your Public Adjuster
I'm Kaitlyn Smith, owner of Fair Claims and a Florida-licensed public adjuster.
I've been handling property insurance claims since 2018, and before that, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps. I bring that same discipline to every claim: stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through. I know how disruptive property damage can be for a household.
My job is to document the damage thoroughly, handle the back-and-forth with your insurance company, and keep the process clear and manageable for you.
